The following is a quiz to help you establish how you are progressing with your recovery. It has been designed to assist you with identifying feelings and thoughts that can potentially derail your recovery.

You may have ticked the yes box to several of the questions and it is important for you to realise these thoughts are normal In the early stages of your recovery. Almost every alcoholic experiences similar thoughts and feelings at the beginning of their journey.

However, if you answered yes to either of the following two questions you are in very dangerous territory and need to take immediate steps to ensure you get your recovery back on track.
